I'm an author and transformation specialist and writing is like breathing for me, I can't not do it. My first book One?, is the first book in a trilogy about life, love and London.  When I'm not writing I work with individuals and blue chip clients to help them to navigate and master change.  

I moved to London just after graduating from business school and life has never been quite the same for me since. I still think it is the most amazing city in the world. I write contemporary fiction series and try to capture the essence of a place and time in my books. 

Above all my aim is to make you laugh and hopefully learn a little, as you recognise yourself, your friends and your exes in my books. 'One?' is the first book  in my #123Trilogy which is set in noughties London, and tracks the lives and loves of a group of twenty-somethings navigating life, love and London during the most innovative period in living history.
